Hello, 2016! I am so excited about this year's wedding season and all it's stunning and natural trends. There are so many, it is hard to choose a favorite! We saw last year rustic chic weddings in barns, renovated warehouses and other unique venues and this year it will continue to trend, but with more of a "natural zen". You will see more natural elements such as wood, lush greenery and beautiful outdoor spaces used.
Via MOD Wedding
Garden style weddings with lush greenery on the tablescapes, accent tables, cakes and hung overhead from the "ceiling" or entwined on the chandeliers. Line the ceremony aisles with lovely potted plants or fresh greenery to carry through the natural elements.
Via Burlap and Bells
Outdoor spaces are being utilized more than ever before. From this magical twilight woods located at Burlap and Bells in Black River Falls to vineyards, gardens and roaring fields. When selecting these spaces, you will need to have a weather backup plan in case it rains, such as putting a tent on hold from a local event rental company, unless the venue has a tent on hand to use.
Via Loverly
Outdoor chandeliers and bubble lights go hand in hand with natural outdoor spaces to create the perfect ambience.

Via Brides
French country natural wood chairs with the crossback can be used in both the ceremony and dinner. This creates a woodland theme carrying through with those natural elements as well.
Via Neiman Marcus
Style the tablescapes with these unique wood charger plates. There are several different patterns and colors of wood for these wood charger plates for you to select from.
Via LH Calligraphy
Calligraphy and laser cut everything, especially these wood place cards. Laura Hooper Calligraphy creates gorgeous work beyond anything I have ever seen before. Wow! I highly recommend you check her work out. You can purchase these custom laser cut wood place cards as seen above or personalized stir sticks, napkins and menus. Love it!
Via Style Me Pretty
Soft blush and cream florals with greenery and big, long flowing bouquets are coming back. Yes!

2 piece wedding dresses and lace are sleek, sexy and just gorgeous. Our very own Miss Wisconsin did it right for her own wedding with this stunning gown. Many designers debuted their 2 piece dresses on the runway for wedding season 2016.
Via Bridal Musings
Mix and match bridesmaid dresses. Today, every woman has a different body shape and size, so no one dress accentuates everyone. Let your bridesmaids pick and choose different styles and colors and have fun doing it.
Via My Hotel Wedding
Brunch weddings, yes! And if you and your lover are morning people, this might just be perfect for you! It's not only unique and different, but there are so many fun ideas you can incorporate into a brunch wedding. Waffle bar, pancake station, omelet bar, doughnut bar, french toast hors d'oeuvres and let's not forget the mimosas/bubbly bar and bloody mary bar! Yum!
Pre-ceremony cocktails served to your guests is a nice welcoming touch before your nuptials begin. If you decide to do a pre-filled beverage station for your guests to help themselves, this chalkboard signage is perfect!
Interactive food stations. The #1 thing your guests remember from a fabulous wedding is the food. There are so many different food service styles to choose from when planning a wedding from plated, buffet, family style or interactive food stations. Having different food stations spread out around the venue allows for your guests to customize their food the way they like it and it also allows for less congestion and mobility. It also tends to be less expensive than the other food service options. You can choose carving stations, where a chef will serve the food, pasta station, grilled cheese station, fondue station, mac & cheese station or sushi station. The options are endless and you can customize any one of them to reflect you two as a couple.
