MEET MICHELLE
Aka, Auntie Belle; founder and creative heart behind Wildbird Weddings + Co., Michelle has been mostly known for and often referred to as, the “little party planner” ever since she could remember. Even as a young girl helping her Grandma Sandy plan large dinner parties for the family, this inspired her to pursue a college education in Meeting + Event Management. After working for two beautiful wedding venues back in Wisconsin during and after college, it was time to take a leap in 2015 to launch her own wedding design and planning co.
One of the things Michelle loves most about planning weddings is having you become like family by the time your wedding day arrives!

WINEMAKING + FARMING GRAPES
Stemming from a third-generation Wisconsin dairy farm family, Michelle planted a small organic vineyard and started making wine back in 2018. More recently, she has expanded on her knowledge as a continuous life learner working the wine harvest in Willamette Valley and Walla Walla.

On most days, Michelle’s 13-year old senior dog, LV is curled up on her lap unless he is out on an adventure with her. When he is home alone, he goes exploring looking for treats in the lazy susan, and getting into laundry baskets, or garbage bins.
GLOBAL TRAVEL
With Michelle’s bags always packed, she loves exploring beautiful cities like Hong Kong to the Phi Phi Islands off of Thailand, quaint towns, hiking in the mountains, or the rolling hills in wine country learning about local culture, food, farmers markets, and viticulture.
