EVENT + WEDDING DESIGN

• Initial complimentary consultation and 2 additional meetings with event designer in-person or phone
• Create custom floral & event design concept/mood board with color palette, floral recommendations, and inspirational photos for each decor aesthetic
• Preferred vendor list of recommendations
• Source & negotiate contracts of all event design vendors (i.e. floral, up lighting, linens, paper goods, table settings, furniture, event decor accents
• Confirm all delivery/set-up times & details with all event design vendors
• Create custom wedding ceremony & reception floor plan
• Oversee event design vendor setup on wedding day
• Setup and execute all event design items prior to ceremony start time (i.e. floral, linens, paper goods, table settings, event decor accents etc.)
• Up to 6 hours of service on your wedding day by lead designer + one assistant
